Our Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
Please contact Customer Service to request your RMA at info@buycigarettefilters.com or 855-488-1818, Monday-Friday from 10:00am-8:00pm EST.

Because we process orders so quickly, we are not able to cancel or make changes to existing orders.

Return Policies:

• All returns must have an RMA number
• All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase
• Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Returns meeting the above conditions will be processed within approximately 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
